Computer Tips in Telugu Picture on Mycomputer Properties

It was several years ago when I started to add the step of putting my own personal contact information and company logo into the Windows System Properties panel on my custom builds. I’ve been doing it ever since, and it’s a pretty quick and easy process.

If you go to Computer – System Properties, you might see a manufacturer’s name and logo in the system section. Or, if you have a self-build or custom-built computer, there might not be anything at all. What follows are the pretty simple steps to add your own personal information.

1. Create your logo image (if you don’t already have one) and put it in the following system folder:

• C:WindowsSystem32oobeyour-logo.bmp

• Note: You could put it anywhere, I suppose, and path to it accordingly, but the current OEM logo is probably here, and I prefer to be consistent with system files.

• The logo must be in the .bmp format and should be 120×120. Larger images will be automatically sized accordingly (and sometimes appear rather distorted).
