You’ve probably already used the View tab at one time or another if you’ve been using Word for even a short time. But, since our next few topics utilize this tab, this seemed like a good time to review the groups and commands available on this versatile tab.
The View tab’s primary purpose is to assist you by providing different ways to view your document.
The first group on the View tab is the Document Views group. This group provides a similar function to the View bar located in the lower-right corner of your screen by providing commands for switching between Print Layout, Outline and Full Screen views.
Finally, the Macros group contains only one command, Macros. Here, you can view and record Word macros.
